How long will it take?

We like to give approx 4 weeks lead time, this gives us enough time to assess the dress before processing, pre treat it, clean it, press it, and then box it. Get in touch if you needed it back sooner as i'm sure something could be arranged.
Do I need to get a box?

Absolutely not! but we never advise keeping your dress in the bag for too long as this acts a temporary dust cover not a way to preserve it.
Can I buy a gift card as a wedding present to the bride?

Absolutely! What a fantastic and original gift that they will really appreciate in years to come!
Can you send it back to me if I don't live in Devon or Cornwall?

We can send your dress back to you in the post through a secure and tracked courier, this option is particularly popular if you get married in Cornwall but live elsewhere.
Can I drop it in to the store?

Our drop point is within Downtons Dry Cleaning, they are situated on Pennygillam Industrial Estate. Unit 3, Southgate Technology Park, Pennygillam Way, Launceston PL15 7ED (Take the first left at Phillip Warrens, continue down the road for 1 minute and then turn up to the right when you see the Downtons Dry Cleaning sign.)
