We like to give approx 4 weeks lead time, this gives us enough time to assess the dress before processing, pre treat it, clean it, press it, and then box it.

Get in touch if you needed it back sooner as i'm sure something could be arranged.

Absolutely not! but we never advise keeping your dress in the bag for too long as this acts a temporary dust cover not a way to preserve it.

We can send your dress back to you in the post through a secure and tracked courier, this option is particularly popular if you get married in Cornwall but live elsewhere.

Our drop point is within Downtons Dry Cleaning, they are situated on Pennygillam Industrial Estate.
